Dot to Deal

ProfitMaps AI shows a business owner the red dots on their map. It leaves three jobs to you: choosing who to scan, having the conversation, and setting your price. This app does those three jobs. Start with Shortlist if you haven't scanned anyone yet, Replies if an owner has answered, or Rate Card if they asked "how much?".

Before you start

You need nothing but this page. Every tool works from what you type in and gives you text you can copy. Each tool has the same buttons: Save keeps the run, Copy copies the text, and under every tool a saved list has Open (puts the inputs and result back so you can change and rerun) and Delete.

1 Shortlist — who to scan

Pick the businesses worth your scan credits before you spend them.

Prospect Scorecard

  1. Open Shortlist, then Prospect Scorecard.
  2. Look the business up on Google Maps for a minute. Fill in Business name, Niche, Google reviews, Website and the other fields.
  3. Press Score this business for a 0–100 score and a tier.
  4. Press Save. Every saved scorecard becomes part of your shortlist, which the Scan Queue reads.

Keyword Pair Picker

  1. Open Keyword Pair Picker. Enter the business, niche, town, and how many keywords your plan allows (Keywords you can scan).
  2. Press Pick my keywords. You get the best phrases with a reason for each, and the ones it left out.
  3. Save it. If the business name matches a saved scorecard, the Scan Queue shows these keywords against it.

Credit-Safe Scan Queue

  1. Open Credit-Safe Scan Queue. Enter Credit balance, Grid size and your plan's Business cap.
  2. If you expect to win clients on recurring scans, fill Clients on recurring scans so those credits are held back first.
  3. Press Build my scan queue. You get the order to scan in, what each scan costs, and what you can't afford yet.

2 Replies — what to say

Open Replies. The Scan facts card at the top is shared by all three tools. Fill it once from your ProfitMaps AI scan: spots in the top 3, spots at 4–10, 11–20 and not found, plus the competitor that beats them most.

Objection Responder

  1. Paste the owner's reply into What the owner said.
  2. Press Write my reply. It tells you what kind of reply it is and writes your answer using your scan numbers. If they asked to stop, it writes a polite exit instead of a pitch.

Follow-Up Cadence Builder

  1. Open Follow-Up Cadence Builder. Set First message sent, Main channel and Owner type.
  2. Press Build my follow-up plan for five dated touches with a draft for each. After you Save plans, the Due today card lists whatever is due across all of them.

Five-Minute Map Walk

  1. Open Five-Minute Map Walk, set What worries them most and how their reviews compare.
  2. Press Build my walk-through for a timed five-minute agenda, the two fixes to lead with, and a shorter version if you only get two minutes.

3 Rate Card — what to charge

Fix Price Calculator

  1. Open Rate Card, then Fix Price Calculator. Choose Niche, What you're selling (one-time, monthly fix, or monthly report), and Market size.
  2. Enter Spots in the top 3 (%) from the scan, plus your scan and time costs.
  3. Press Calculate my price for a low, target and high quote and a floor you shouldn't go under.

Clients-to-Goal Planner

  1. Open Clients-to-Goal Planner. Enter Monthly income goal and how many months you give yourself.
  2. Press Plan my path for the clients you must win per month, the businesses to message each week, and the credits that costs. Prices fill in from the calculator when you've used it.

One-Page Offer Sheet

  1. Open One-Page Offer Sheet, add your company name, the prospect and the scan numbers.
  2. Press Build my offer sheet, then Print to save it as a PDF or send it. It is a one-page pricing sheet, not a contract.

One thing to know

Everything you enter and save stays in this browser on this device. There is no account and nothing is sent anywhere. Clearing your browser data or switching devices means starting fresh, so copy anything you want to keep. Dot to Deal never promises rankings, and neither should you.

Shortlist

Spend scan credits only on businesses likely to say yes. Score them, pick the right keywords, then build a queue that fits your balance.

Replies

Know exactly what to say after they answer. Fill in your scan facts once; all three tools use them.

Rate Card

Put a defensible price on the fix before they ask "how much?". Price it, plan the clients you need, then hand over a one-page offer.

The cost per credit is your own estimate (your plan's credit pool divided by what you paid). Nothing here is a vendor price.
